  1. Information Meetings

During the period 2016 – 2019, eleven (11) Information Meetings (2016-17, 4 – 2017-18, 4 – 2018-19, 3) were held with an open audience (students, lawyers, civil society, officials), with the aim of presenting developments (legal, political, jurisprudential) in the context of European integration. The purpose of the Information Meetings was to create a stable stakeholder on European integration issues and to set up a think tank. During the Informative Meetings, which did not assume the official character of the conferences, an attempt was made to have 2-3 short presentations (approximately 20΄) and the total duration of each meeting should not exceed 2 hours. The discussed topics included, among others, BREXIT, the refugee crisis and the response to it, the rule of law backsliding to EU Member States and the efforts to address it, the developments in the AFSJ.

A regular number of 35 – 40 persons attended the Information Meetings organized by the Chair.
