The Siracusa International Institute is pleased to launch its Second Doctoral Seminar for PhD Candidates in the fields of international criminal law, international human rights law and international humanitarian law.

The Seminar will take place in Siracusa (Italy) on March 3 and 4, 2023.

PhD candidates from Universities around the world are invited to send their proposals. Participation without presenting a paper is also welcomed and expected.
